Job Description

As a legal consultant with RAYNE, you will work on various legal projects for our clients, ranging from corporate law and mergers & acquisitions to real estate and technology law. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience across different sectors, tackle complex legal challenges, and collaborate with some of the leading companies in london. Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients on a contract basis across various industries.

  • Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with local and international laws.

  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends, ensuring clients receive informed and relevant consultancy.

  • Collaborate with in-house counsel and external legal teams to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.

Qualification Needed

Education and Experience:

  • Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LLB), or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal practice, preferably in corporate law, commercial law, real estate law, or a related field.

  • Experience working in the UK or familiarity with UK legal regulations is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and relevant legal principles in London and the UK.

  • Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to conduct thorough legal research.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and legal teams.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
